Cancellation Policy
Weather-related cancellations generally occur in conjunction with the North Clackamas School District closures. In case of inclement weather, contact the facility where the program is held prior to leaving the house. Most programs require a minimum number of participants. If a minimum enrollment number is not met, the program may be cancelled. A full credit or refund will be issued. Register early so you won’t be disappointed.

Check with each agency for refund and discount policies.
Scholarships/Tuition Assistance
Contact the agency providing the program for information on how to apply for scholarship and tuition assistance if available.
Gift certificates
Consider giving a gift certificate for recreation and education programs. All community partners agencies offer these - contact the specific agency for more information.
